Q3: Do you have any local warehouses or partners in the US/Europe?
A: Yes ,we have US warehouse and EU warehouse.
Q4: What is the warranty on your products?
Solar Panels: 25-30 years linear performance warranty (e.g., 97% output in the first year, ~0.5% annual degradation).
Inverters &lithium battery: 5 to 10-year warranty, depending on the model.
Full System Warranty: We offer comprehensive support for complete solar systems. Specific warranty terms are provided with each product's datasheet.
Q5: Are your solar panels monocrystalline or polycrystalline?
A: We primarily specialize in high-efficiency Monocrystalline PERC solar panels, which offer better performance and a sleeker look in both low-light and high-temperature conditions.
Q6: What is the DoD (Depth of Discharge) of your lithium batteries?
A: Our LiFePO4 batteries typically have a recommended DoD of 90% or higher, allowing you to use almost the full capacity of the battery.

Q7: What is your lead time?
A: For standard items, the lead time is typically 7-15 days. For larger custom orders or complete systems, it may take 20-30 days. We will always provide a precise lead time confirmation before you place your order.
Q8: Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
A: Yes, we encourage sample orders to verify our quality. Sample products are available. The cost and shipping for the sample will be calculated separately, and the sample fee can often be deducted from your subsequent bulk order.
